Registration Fee
For new pupils registering interest in Priory School, or applying to sit the Senior School Entrance exam, there will be a one off registration fee of £50.00, which is non-refundable.
Acceptance Fee/New Starter Deposit
- In the Senior School a £500.00 acceptance fee is required to secure a place, with £150.00 of the fee used to cover administrative costs and the remaining £350.00 for a new starter deposit. The new starter deposit is held without payment of interest until your child leaves the school.
- In Poppets and the Prep School, a £350.00 acceptance fee is required to secure a place, with £150.00 of the fee used to cover administrative costs and the remaining £200.00 for a new starter deposit. The new starter deposit is held without payment of interest until your child leaves the school.
Sibling Allowances
Where a child has a brother or sister in the school an allowance of 5% will be made against the youngest child’s fee. Where a child has two other siblings in the school an allowance of 5% will be made against the youngest child’s fees and 10% against the next youngest and so on. Any allowance is subject to the satisfactory payment of fees.
Payment Information
- Fees are due on the first day of term. A surcharge of 15% may be imposed on overdue accounts. Payment can be made by cheque, debit card or credit card.
- Priory School offers a repayment scheme with an independent company, School Fee Plan, under which fees can be paid in four monthly installments each term. The scheme carries a service charge of 2.99%.

New Starters
- For all new starters there will be a non-refundable Registration Fee of £50.
- A deposit will be payable for all new pupils.
- £150 of the total deposit is an Acceptance Fee, to cover administrative costs. The remainder will be refunded against the fees of the last term in which the child is due to leave the School, or will be held against any amounts outstanding.
