Purchase of Laptop Computer (required for all students Grade 3 and above)

APIS students from Grade 3 and above are required to purchase their own laptop computers. We recommend a minimum 8GB of RAM, 256 GB storage, and built-in webcam. The computer must be installed with an English language operating system (with either Windows 10/11 or the latest version of MacOS). The details about other software requirements can be obtained from our IT department after enrollment.

Lunch Fee

Lunch menus are posted on PowerSchool (https://apis.powerschool.com) and are also posted daily in the cafeteria.
Lunch fees are due at the beginning of each semester.

School Uniform (Required)

Students may purchase the APIS uniform at the school store. Some items are available in Lands’ End School Uniform store. (https://www.landsend.com) APIS’ preferred school number is 900189994.

School Bus

Seats on the bus cannot be reserved in advance or guaranteed for new applicants. Once an applicant has been officially accepted, parents must submit the Transportation Request Form found in their packets in order to request a spot. These requests are then forwarded to the Transportation Office for consideration over the summer months when bus route changes take place. Although APIS will make every effort to serve all newly enrolled students with their transportation needs, the school does not guarantee a seat assignment on a particular bus for students.

New Student Payment Options

Option 1: Payment in Full

All tuition and fees must be paid within two weeks of the student’s acceptance date in order to secure the student's enrollment at APIS.

Option 2: Quarterly Payment Plan

The KRW portion of the tuition and bus fees may be paid in quarterly installments. The USD portion of the tuition and all other fees must be paid in full along with the first installment and they are non- refundable.
The first installment is due within two weeks of the student’s acceptance date in order to secure the student's enrollment at APIS. The installment payments are subject to an additional 5% service fee and are non-refundable.

Returning Student Payment Options

Option 1: Payment in Full

All tuition and fees must be deposited by March 31.

Option 2: Quarterly Payment Plan

The KRW portion of the tuition and bus fees may be paid in quarterly installments. The USD portion of the tuition and all other fees must be paid in full along with the first installment, and they are non-refundable. The first quarter installment is due by March 31. (Other payment schedules are the same as those for new students.) The installment payments are subject to an additional 5% service fee and are non-refundable.

Late Fees

Late fees will be charged for any payment balances remaining after the due date.
