  • Uniforms can be purchased at the store working in conjunction with our school.
  • Fees for School Supplies depend upon grade level.
  • Tuition, bus and lunch fees only are subject to refund in accordance with the schedule written above.
  • One Month notice before the child’s last day of attendance must be given prior to withdrawing a child.
  • All refunds will exclude any kinds of discounts. Discounts will be deducted from the refund provided.
  • In the case of temporary leaves, such as travel, sickness,… etc. the tuition fee and additional fees that correspond to the days that the student did not attend the school is not deducted from the payment and is not refundable.
  • Parents are responsible for timely payment of all school-related fees regardless of any payment arrangement made with their employer.
  • Payment of all tuition and fees for the coming semester must be made within two weeks of notification of admission or prior to the first day of classes, whichever date occurs first.
  • The School will give a fifteen-day grace period from the due date of the invoice to receive the payment. After this period, if payment is not received, a 5% (five percent) fixed rate penalty fee over the nonpaid amount will be charged.
  • As a courtesy, the School will send out reminder invoices for each quarter to those parents who have not paid in advance. These invoices will be sent at least two weeks prior to the due date.
  • It will be the parent’s responsibility to assure that payments are made by the respective due dates. If payment is made by an organization, it will still be the parent’s responsibility to assure that the payment is made on time.
  • If a student qualifies for admission and there is available space, the school may agree to reserve a seat for no more than one semester. To reserve a space for a new student, payment must be made for the Capital Development Fee, Registration Fee and the current semester of tuition. These payments are non-refundable. Reservations cannot be made for more than one semester in advance.
  • The School reserves the right to refuse admission or continued enrollment when the full amount of school fees are not paid as scheduled and/or scheduled installment payments are not paid as per agreement.
  • Parents are responsible for all bank fees, charges and clearing costs.
  • To reserve a space for a new student, payment must be made for the Capital Fee, Registration Fee and the current semester of tuition.
  • If a personal educational assistant is deemed necessary by the school, the costs for the assistant will be paid by the parents.
  • A refund request will not be processed unless written notification of withdrawal has been received by the School’s Admissions Office.
  • Please note that in the event of FORCE MAJEURE, which causes a student or students to withdraw from the school, tuition, and fees already made for the school year will not be refunded. Any tuition and fees that are unpaid will be due and payable.
