All fees should be settled at the “Saudi National Bank-SNB” in Abdulaziz International School’s account number (23751911000207) IBAN (SA6410000023751911000207). A copy of the bank receipt should be sent to the school’s accounting email address ais.accounting@sabis.net mentioning the parent ID number.

Payment Terms

New Students:

Joining fee of (2,000 SR for KG students and 3,000 SR for students in grades 1 – 12) is to be paid prior to the placement test. This fee is non-refundable unless the child is not accepted. If the child is accepted this fee will be deducted from the last installment.

Tuition fees are paid as follows:

• 1st installment: 40% of the annual fees to be paid 15 days after the approval.
• 2nd installment: 30% of the annual fees to be paid during the 1st week of November.
• 3rd installment: the balance of the annual fees to be paid during the 1st week of February.

Returning students:

• For returning students a registration deposit fee of 4000 SR is to be paid upon announcing re-registration for the new academic year in February.
• 1st installment: 40% of the annual fees to be paid before the school’s start date.
• 2nd installment: 30% of the annual fees to be paid during the 1st week of November.
• 3rd installment: the balance of the annual fees to be paid during the 1st week of February.

A student will be admitted to class only after the relevant fees had been paid. This applies to Term 1, 2 and 3.

Transportation Fees: (for students interested in this service only) The annual bus fee is (7,900 SR) to be paid as follows:

• A deposit fee of 4,500 SR is to be paid with the joining fees for new students, and the registration deposit fee for returning students
• The balance of 3,400 SR is to be paid with the 2nd installment

Uniform fees are included in the tuition fees
Technology fees from Grades 3-12 are included in the tuition fees
E-Book fees are not included in the tuition fees
VAT is not included in the above fees.

Sibling Discounts:

Discounts are only applied to the annual tuition fees of the 2nd and 3rd child as follows:

• 10% discount for the 2nd sibling
• 15% discount for the 3rd sibling

No discount will be applied to the annual tuition fees of the 4th child Sibling discount will be deducted from the 3rd installment.
