Rules for Fee Payment
Tuition fee is payable in full, prior to the commencement of Academic Year, however we allow the parents to pay the fees in 3 instalments as scheduled above.
- The Tuition fee doesn't include Books, Uniform Fees & ICT Fees.
- The students enrolled or re-registered on or before March 31 will be eligible for a gift voucher of KD75.
- The gift voucher will be issued to the enrolled students only on payment of the 1st instalment fee in full.
- This gift voucher can be used on buying consumables like Uniform, Books and Canteen.
- The gift voucher can be used to settle fees for instalment 3 once the fees for instalment 1 and instalment 2 are settled in full.
- An application process fee (non-refundable) of KD25 is to be paid for the first time admission.
- The application process fee of KD25 will be adjusted for the 1st instalment fee if the student is selected and enrolled.
- KD100 is payable at the time of registration as an advance. This will also be adjusted against the 1st instalment fees after the registration process is completed.
- As approved by the Ministry of Education "Information and Communication Technology (JCT)" will be used to enhance academic process & communication and the fee for it will be charged upon implementation.
- Subject to the implementation of ICT services, an ICT Fee of KD35 per year will be charged.
