Payment Guidelines

Tuition fees at KABS can be paid in three installments by the specified due dates, as shown in the table. The first installment should be paid prior to the first day of school. Tuition fees listed above are subject to change and do not include school uniforms, transportation, school photos, field trips, and damaged/lost library textbooks.

Discount:

Kuwait Academy Bilingual School maintains its policy of granting discounts on tuition fees to all deserving families. The following guidelines illustrate the discount on tuition fees at KABS.

• Ten (10%) percent tuition discount for the first sibling; Ten (10%) percent tuition discount for the second sibling; Ten (10%) percent tuition discount for the third sibling and additional siblings.
• In the event of a discount involving two or more than two siblings the discount shall apply to the lesser tuition cost.
• No discount will be granted to students withdrawing during the school year.
• If the 1st or 2nd installment is not paid on its due date, KABS has the right to cancel the granted fee discount.
• If one of the siblings withdraws/graduates, the other sibling forfeits his/her discount.
• In the event of a parent’s employer paying the tuition fee, the parent must provide an official letter from his/her employer stating that the fee will be paid by the employer.

The discount program is subject to review, revision or termination at any time, and KABS may withdraw or change eligibility at its discretion.

Withdrawal:

KABS applies the Kuwait ministry of education policy for withdrawal from school during the school year as follows :

• One-third of the total fee is to be paid if a student withdraws between 1st September to 31st December
• Two-thirds of the annual fee is to be paid if a student withdraws between 1st January to 30th March
• 100% of the fee is to be paid if a student withdraws after 1st April
