• A non-refundable Enrolment Application Feeof $100 per family is payable on application (for the first child only).
• A Family Bond of $1,000 is payable upon acceptance of enrolment at Oxley Christian College for the first child in the family. The Family Bond is refundable when the last student in the family has completed their studies at the College. The Family Bond is not refundable if the confirmed enrolment is relinquished prior to the commencement of the student at the College. (Refer to clause 8 in the Business Statement)

Full Fee Paying Overseas Students (FFPOS) FFPOS should NOT use this form. Please refer to our website for the International Students Enrolment Application form or call the Enrolment Registrar on 9727 9900.

New families

For new families entering the College, Tuition Fees for the first two school Terms to be attended by the child(ren) will be billed and will be payable in advance, as detailed in the Letter of Offer of Enrolment. Please also refer to the College Summary of Fees and Charges Payable – New Families. For students entering the College at the start of a school year, the Term 1 Tuition Fee will be billed on 31 May in the year preceding entry, and the Term 2 Tuition Fee will be billed on 30 September in the year preceding entry. Once a student has commenced their studies at the College, Tuition Fees for Term 3 and Term 4 are then billed in accordance with the billing cycle for existing students/families. Levies for new students/families are billed and payable in accordance with the table above for existing students/families.
