Holding Deposit: A Holding Deposit of $4,000 will be payable in February of the year prior to your daughter’s commencement. This amount will be deducted from Term 2 Tuition fees. The Holding Deposit will be forfeited if your daughter does not commence in the year offered, and is non-transferable between siblings.

Billing: The first term’s tuition fees for Australian students (including Permanent and Temporary* Residents, but not International Students) are invoiced in October in the year prior to commencement. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable between year levels or siblings. Subsequent tuition fees are charged one term in advance.

Sibling Discount: A 10% reduction in the basic annual tuition fees is currently offered for younger sisters while an older sister attends PLC. This sibling discount does not apply when a student in the family is in receipt of any other fee concession or to children attending the Early Learning Centre.

The cost of compulsory outdoor education activities, visiting speakers, artists, entertainers and most day excursions is included in the fee structure for Junior and Senior School students. The Consolidated Levy varies by year level to reflect the different resources provided and programs delivered, and includes the College’s Outdoor Education program.

Additional charges apply for various extra and co-curricular activities, including the International Baccalaureate registration and theory-of-knowledge (TOK) camp (approximately $1,000), uniform, textbooks and stationery items, private music tuition, some sports, subject specific excursions and camps, overseas tours and travel on the College’s private bus routes.

Other costs such as VCE/IB exam fees, visa costs and personal disbursements will be charged as incurred on accounts presented throughout the year.

International Students

Annual tuition fees for International Students are due in full by November of the preceding year. For new students, fees are due by August in order to be able to obtain a visa. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable between year levels or between siblings. Any adjustment will be made on Term 2 fees. Boarding Fees are charged two terms in advance – October & April, and includes GST. This covers accommodation and food during term time.
