Note:

  • Fee payment can be done monthly, termly or annually.
  • For monthly payment terms, a deposit of two (2) month is required.
  • Registration fee is payable on acceptance into the school.
  • A 10% discount on tuition fees is applicable to the younger sibling(s) #.

Terms and Conditions

  • The tuition fees are payable before the commencement of each academic year or term. Payments made after the due date will incur a penalty.
  • ECAs are available to students in Years 2 – Year 11; the termly charges are based on the activity.
  • Food is sold in the canteen for students from Year 3 onwards. From Nursery to Year 2, students may either bring a healthy packed lunch from home or pay for the Meal Plan.
  • Cost of uniform, books, stationery and school excursions are not included in the above structure.
  • Payments may be made by cheque, bank draft, telegraphic transfer and cash deposit, payable to: VICTORIA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SDN BHD, CIMB Bank A/C No 8001819627.
  • Please send evidence of payment by email to finance@victoria.edu.my or fax to +(6)03-3187 6625 including Parent’s Name, Student’s Name, Student No (if available) and Invoice No (if available) in order for us to confirm the payment and issue a receipt.
  • All payments by cash, cheque or bank draft must be made to the Finance Office where an official receipt will be issued. No other members of staff are allowed to accept payments.
  • Sibling discounts will be offered to siblings who are still studying in the school. A sibling is defined as a legal brother or sister of a child enrolled in the school.
    • Per sibling: 10% discount on Registration Fee.
    • 10% discount on Tuition Fee.
    • Discount offered for youngest sibling.
  • Foreign student must pay one year (annually) full payment.
