  1. Application fee is a one-time payment and non-refundable. All applicants wishing to join the School are required to pay the Application Fee prior to enrolment, failing which the application will not be processed.
  2. Enrolment fee is a one-time payment and non-refundable. All new students are required to pay the Registration Fee and Security Deposit upon receipt of the School Offer Letter to secure the placement.
  3. Security Deposit are to be maintained at all time during the stay of students in TCISKL and it cannot be used to offset against any outstanding school fees. All students are required to maintain the security deposit at its full amount for the duration of their stay in TCISKL. There will be a need to top up the security deposit at the ruling rate when student progress from kindergarten to primary level, and from primary to secondary level.
  4. Tuition Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. It is payable based on TCISKL payment term. Fees will be invoiced and emailed to parents. Tuition fees are paid in advance, ONE CALENDAR MONTH before the end of previous school term. For the avoidance of doubt, all fees billed are to be paid in full. Pro-rata payments are not acceptable.
  5. Tuition Fee is inclusive of lunch, student accident insurance, school-based assessment and access to science lab, computer lab, library, music room and Wi-Fi internet.
  6. Tuition fee is exclusive of uniform, accessories, textbooks, workbooks, learning resources, external examinations, air-conditioner charges, co-curriculum activities, school trips or outing activities etc.
  7. Air-conditioner charges is RM280 per annum.
  8. TCISKL School Uniform and Accessories including school uniform, school bag, shoes, utensil set, name tag, sportswear, etc. are compulsory for all TCISKL students and these are charged separately.
  9. The School reserves the right to adjust all fees and the payment term with written notice to parents.
