Upon offer of a place, the Registration Deposit equivalent to two month’s school fees, must be paid in order to secure the place. This is refundable when the child leaves the school, provided that the child has completed at least one full academic year. If you withdraw your child from our school, we require one month’s written notice. The deposit will be refunded also on receipt of one month’s written notice.
Payment Procedure
Have the child’sname and class clearly marked on the back.
- All parents are asked to pay school fees by Direct Debit Authorisation (Autopay). Forms are available from the International School Secretary.
- School fees are payable monthly, in ten payments per year
- When completing the Autopay form, we ask that you set a limit of HK$10,000 on the form. (Please note that this does not imply that fees will be raised during the academic year, or that there must be HK$10,000 in your account. It is for the convenience of all parties in that, while your child continues to study here, you will not need to complete further Autopay forms every year). Please refer to the sample Direct Debit form below.
- Secondary accounts are debited on the 3rd of each month and Kindergarten, Reception and Primary accounts are debited on the 10th of each month.
- Until the Autopay comes into effect (which may take more than a month) please pay any initial fees by cheque, at the beginning of each month.
