School Accounts

School accounts may be paid either by Direct Debit from a savings account or credit card OR Annually in advance. Payments in advance receive a 2.75% discount. Parents can also pay Tuition Fees in advance for up to six years. Please contact the Business Manager for details. Apart from Tuition Fees and the Consolidated Charge, examples of items that may be included on the School account are stationery, uniform purchases from the School Shop, private music lessons, sport levies and elective subject expenses.

Consolidated Charge

The Consolidated Charge covers excursions, workbooks, visiting speakers/artists/writers, some academic competition fees, swimming and athletics carnival fees, Year 3-6 sports program, standard School Photo Pack, Year 12 Formal ticket (1) and other smaller charges that apply to every student in a year group (see MyCCGS for details). Charges that do not apply to all students in a year group are charged separately to School Fee Accounts.

*Sibling Discounts

Sibling discounts apply to students currently enrolled at the school. The 1st Child is the eldest child of the family enrolled at the school during the year, the 2nd child (10% discount) is the next eldest child enrolled at the school, the 3rd child (20% discount) is the next eldest child enrolled at the school, the 4th and subsequent children (30% discount) are the next eldest children enrolled at the school.

^Compulsory Computer Levy

A Notebook Computer program operates for Years 4-9. A BYOD program operates in Years 10-12 or parents can choose to lease a notebook through the school with the levy as noted.

Voluntary Building Fund Contribution

This is a voluntary tax-deductible donation which can be paid termly or annually. Tuition fees are insufficient to fund all capital works projects, therefore our building program relies heavily on the generosity of our school families. All donations are greatly appreciated.

Outdoor Education Camp

The cost of compulsory outdoor education camps is included in Tuition Fees.

Other Charges

Examples of other optional extra charges include enrichment camps, exchange program, external optional state and national exam competitions, extracurricular sport, overseas tours and private music tuition.

Uniforms

All uniform items, except shoes, need to be purchased from the School Uniform Shop (new and second hand stock available).

School Textbooks

New texts can be purchased through the Five Senses Education at www.fivesenseseducation.com.au.
