The Tuition Fees and Financial Guide, which outlines the tuition fees and charges, discounts and conditions for the payment of accounts, should be read in conjunction with the Enrolment Handbook and Application for Enrolment form.

Payment Options for Tuition Fees

You may choose to pay your account:

• In full by 31 January and receive a 5% discount.
• Half by 31 January and half by 30 June and receive a 3% discount.
• A quarter by 31 January, 30 April, 31 July and 31 October.
• A monthly payment from February — November (10 payments) with an additional 1.5% charge for this option.
• A fortnightly payment from February — November (20 payments) with an additional 2% charge for this option.

How can I pay?

Payments can be made in person, by post, telephone (Credit Card), direct bank debit by EACS, direct bank credit yourself or a cash payment.

Will the School fees increase?

The School Council reserves the right to alter fees and charges during the year should changing economic circumstances warrant this to be done. A component of the tuition fees will be used for capital purposes.

Registration Fee

A non‐refundable Registration fee of $55 per student will apply and must be paid when the Application for Enrolment is lodged at the school. This Registration fee does not in any way guarantee a place within the school or constitute acceptance of enrolment.

Enrolment Fee

A non‐refundable Enrolment fee of $650 for the first child and $100 for each subsequent child will apply and must be paid when the acceptance of enrolment is lodged at the school. The receipt of the signed Parent Agreement and Student Code of Conduct must accompany the enrolment fee.

Sibling Discounts

Sibling discounts apply to the Tuition Fees if there are two or more children from the one family enrolled at the school at the same time. The discount is 15% for the second child, 30% for the third child, 60% for the fourth child and 100% for subsequent children.

Notice of Withdrawal

One term’s notice in writing must be given to the Principal before the withdrawal of a student from the School. Failure to give such notice will render parents or guardians liable for the equivalent to one term’s fees in lieu of notice.

Bank Fees

In the event of there being insufficient funds to make payments by any one of the above‐mentioned methods, then fees from banks and other institutions charged to Esperance Anglican Community School will be recovered from parents.

Collection Fees

Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by Esperance Anglican Community School in recovering any outstanding monies including debt collection fees and solicitors’ costs will be paid by the debtor.
