Payment Terms and Conditions

Tuition/boarding fees are set as an annual fee and are payable as outlined in the Business Practices Summary. Please refer to this for full payment terms and conditions.

Method of Payment of School Fees

Payment of School fees may be made by the following means:

• cash (limits apply)
• cheque
• credit card (VISA, Mastercard and Amex)
• direct deposit EFTPOS
• online banking into the School account
• direct debit

Please note that payments made by credit card will attract a 0.75% credit card surcharge.

Fahan School has a Board-endorsed policy for collection of overdue accounts, which includes charging interest on overdue accounts and referral to legal representatives for debt recovery action. Students will be denied the opportunity to participate in interstate and/or overseas trips, and their enrolment at Fahan placed under review, if their account is in arrears.

Prepayment Discount

A 2.5% discount is applied if the full years’ fees are paid by the due date on your annual statement. Full details are outlined in the Business Practices Summary.

Sibling Discount

Families with two or more children currently attending the School are eligible to receive a tuition fee discount as follows:

• 10% discount on second child’s tuition fees
• 20% discount on third child’s tuition fees
• 35% discount on fourth and more children’s tuition fees
