Enrolment Cancellation

Families withdrawing their child/children from the College should inform the College in writing of their intention. A leaving form should then be completed, giving a minimum of one term’s notice. A term’s fees will be charged in lieu of adequate notice. This also applies where a student’s behaviour results in cancellation of enrolment.

Conveyance Allowance

The conveyance allowance is a form of financial assistance to help families in rural and regional Victoria with the cost of transporting their children to their nearest appropriate school/campus. For more information, please contact our Accounts Department.

Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund

CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities. This allowance will be paid against your school fee account as camps, sports and excursions are built into our tuition fees. If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF. Please contact the College Office to obtain a CSEF application or download the form below and submit to our Accounts Department.
