Highview seeks to support every aspirational student, regardless of financial circumstances. Bursaries are available to families with a means-tested Health Care Card. A Highview College Bursary requires $50 per fortnight to be automatically deducted from Centrelink Payments (this includes the Laptop fee). Please contact the Accounts Department.
Families withdrawing their child/children from the College should inform the College in writing of their intention. A leaving form should then be completed, giving a minimum of one term’s notice. A term’s fees will be charged in lieu of adequate notice. This also applies where a student’s behaviour results in cancellation of enrolment.
The current year Annual Technology Levy for laptops are allocated to Fees accounts as follows:
| Year Level | Annual Fee | Per Term (x4) | Per fortnight (x22) |
| 7 - 12 | $360 | $90 | $15 |
The conveyance allowance is a form of financial assistance to help families in rural and regional Victoria with the cost of transporting their children to their nearest appropriate school/campus. For more information, please contact our Accounts Department.
CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities. This allowance will be paid against your school fee account as camps, sports and excursions are built into our tuition fees. If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF. Please contact the College Office to obtain a CSEF application or download the form below and submit to our Accounts Department.
