Annual Payment

Full payment is required in by 31 December to receive a 10% discount on net tuition fees only. Full payment is required by 31 January to receive a 5% discount on net tuition fees only

Direct Debit

Where fees are not paid by the due date per term a direct debit arrangement is required.

• Have you considered a homestay student? Pay your fees using the College’s homestay student program. Homestay payments are $265 per student per week

Terms and Conditions

• The application fee is non-refundable ($110 inc GST).
• Families are eligible for a 10% discount on tuition fees for the year when all fees are paid in full prior to the commencement of the calendar year.
• Families are eligible for a 5% discount on tuition fees for the year when all fees are paid in full prior to the commencement of the school year.
• Each term’s fees must be paid in full; otherwise late fees will apply and a direct debit arrangement will be established.
• If fees remain outstanding after one semester the enrolment may be cancelled.
• One term’s notice must be given for the removal of a child from the school or half of one term’s tuition fees will be charged.
• If Hills International College Ltd terminates a course before its completion, students enrolled in the course offered by Hills International College Ltd shall receive a refund of the unused portion of the course fees. If a course cannot be run and is cancelled before the commencement date, Hills International College Ltd will refund in full any course fees paid.
• If a student is expelled for any reason, no refund will be made.
• The dormitory bond will be refunded at the end of a student’s tenure conditional upon rooms being left in a satisfactory state. The bond may also be used to fund repairs to damage caused by the student. The bond carries over from year to year if not used. Where the dormitory bond amount is insufficient a further bond will be charged.
