Annual Tuition Fees cover tuition, exercise books, text book hire and some excursions. Marrara Christian College and NT Christian College issues all fees and charges via FACTS – our online fee billing system. FACTS provides a consistent, reliable and secure online payment system that not only provides payment plan options and online account maintenance, but also allows families to view account status, monitor payments, or update financial and personal information online. Families are required to establish their FACTS Payment Plan prior to commencement to confirm acknowledgement and acceptance of the Conditions of Enrolment and to secure the enrolment place. The following deposits/fees are required in addition to Annual Fees:
Administration Fee
A fee of $40 per family covers administration costs and is non-refundable. This fee is only applicable to new families entering the school, and is to be paid on lodgement of the student enrolment form/s.
Student Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $150 per Primary or Middle School student or $300 per Senior School student is to be paid upon offer of a place in order to finalise the child’s enrolment. This deposit is recognition of your acceptance of our offer of enrolment. Payments are made through FACTS secure online billing system.
Working Bee Levy
Marrara Christian College values and encourages parent involvement. Parents are required to be involved in 6 hours of school service inside or 4 hours of school service outside per year. A levy of $200 per family is charged when the annual fees are levied. Over the course of the year as families complete their hours, the $200 fee will be credited to the family account. Hours worked are to be recorded at the front office. Unfortunately, extra hours cannot be rolled over to the following year.
Excursion/Camp Fees
Excursions and Camps are an integral part of school curriculum and attendance is compulsory. Camp fees are itemised and are visible by logging into your FACTS online account. Payment is compulsory and is nonrefundable. The relevant Head of School should be contacted to discuss extenuating circumstances.
