The Tuition Fees are all-inclusive of Explorus, Outward Bound, book hire charges and year group camps. There will continue to be some additional specific costs during the year for excursions or activities which are related to OPTIONAL activities taken by your daughter that do not apply to the whole year group.
There are THREE options for payment:
Option 1: One annual fee payment.
A two per cent discount will be applied to the annual tuition fee if paid in full by cash, cheque or debit card via BPAY only on or before 24 January. The annual discount is NOT applicable on the facilities and maintenance levy or when paying by credit card (directly or via BPAY).
Option 2: 9 instalments by direct debit.
The annual fee is split into 9 equal instalments paid by the 20th of each month. These instalments must be paid using the bank direct debit system to transfer funds by 20 February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September and October. New and existing parents, please complete and sign the Direct Debit Authority and return to the Fees office before 31 January.
Option 3: 18 instalments by direct debit
The annual fee is split into 18 equal instalments paid fortnightly using the bank direct debit system to transfer funds, commencing 11 February and ceasing 6 October. Please complete and sign the Direct Debit Authority and return to the Fees office before 31 January.
The attached table covers tuition and boarding fees. There may be incidental charges added to your account and these will be due for payment in the month in which they are charged. A late payment will be charged on overdue accounts.
Interest will be charged monthly on balances outstanding for greater than 30 days based on Bankwest’s prevailing business bank overdraft rate. No student may commence a new school term unless the previous account balance has been paid in full.
The School accepts payment by Mastercard and Visa (Note: Amex and Diners Club cards are not accepted). Fees can also be paid using the BPAY facility offered by your bank or financial institution. Relevant details are included on each statement.
Applications to participate in any Perth College organised tour will NOT be accepted unless all fees are paid up-to-date.
