Tuition Policy
Tuition
- Tuition fees are subject to an additional 10% consumption tax.
- Full payment of tuition is due upon receipt of the school's invoice.
- Individuals paying from personal funds may inquire about an installment plan through the Accounting Office.
Late Enrollment
- Tuition for students enrolling after the school year begins will be calculated based on academic quarters.
- Attendance for any part of a quarter requires payment for the entire quarter.
Installment Payments
- An installment payment option is available for individual families paying the annual tuition themselves. This option is not available for companies covering educational expenses.
Scholarship Program (Financial Aid)
- AIS offers need-based financial assistance to qualified families who require support for their children to attend the school.
- To be eligible for financial aid, families must provide proof of income and the child must be non-Japanese.
Refunds
- All fees are non-refundable.
