Tuition and Fees

Based on lump-sum payments. Paying in installments will result in extra charges of 3% (excluding Grade 10-12). See installment deadlines below.

Tuition for G10-G12 may be supported by the Japanese government and the actual amount of payment will differ according to the student's and parent's address and income. The amount of support provided will range from ￥0-￥600,000. Please contact the front office at Tosabori Campus for more information.

Includes IB Programme fees, material fees, and other fees.

Note: Grades 7-9 will also be charged additionally for field trips and overnight excursions. Grade 10 will be billed an Overseas Trip Fee of ¥200,000.

Does not include the IB Assessment Fee for students entering Grade 12, a once-only Diploma Programme Exam Fee that covers the cost of registration and examination fees charged by the International Baccalaureate and shipping fee for transcripts. (This does not cover the costs of November re-sits.)

Application Fee is required to pay in advance when you submit the application form. This fee is non refundable in anycases.

Billing and Payment options

• Admissions Fee is non-refundable once you submit the application form.
• Our school's tuition and fees are invoiced over three periods, billed in June, November, and February. These fees can be paid via bank transfer using the details provided in the invoice.
• Service and activity fees are also billed separately and can be paid via our online payment portal, SchoolsBuddy, using a credit card.
• Parents can access their wallets and make payments online at any time by logging in to the SchoolsBuddy portal.
