Pre-Prep Program

• Group A (Pre-Prep Vic) M/T/alt.W $46 per day
• Group B (Pre-Prep Val) alt.W/Th/F $46 per day
• Full time (M-F) $46 per day

Opening Hours 8:15am-2:55pm. This program runs during TMC term times only

If you wish to exit the service, you are required to give 2 weeks written notice to the Nominated Supervisor. Failure to do this will result in fees being charged for the duration of this period even if your child does not attend. If your child is absent for their booking due to illness or other personal circumstances, you will be charged for this booking. You are still required to notify the service of your child’s absence. There is no charge for Public Holidays, Student Free Day and School Holidays for Pre-Prep, unless you chooseto book your child in for SFD or Vacation Care in our OSHC Service.

P-12 Fees & T&Cs

Fees are inclusive of

• Stationery requirements for students in Prep through to Year 4;
• Curriculum based camps & excursions (Year 6 Sydney-Canberra partly sponsored by TMC);
• A complimentary dinner for Year 6 students at the Year 6 Graduation Evening; and
• A senior jersey as well as the formal for Year 12 students.

• Fees subject to change by Tamborine Mountain College Board – current @ 21.07.20.
• Camps/excursions are subject to approval.
• If monies not used towards the above, funds will be utilised for other learning experiences/resources.

Sibling Discounts

Where two or more members of the one family attend the College at the same time, a sibling discount applies to Tuition Fee and Capital Levy components:

• 2nd child – 10% discount on Tuition Fee and Capital Levy
• 3rd child – 15% discount on Tuition Fee and Capital Levy
• 4th child – 20% discount on Tuition Fee, no Capital Levy payable

Scholarships

Students entering Year 7 and Year 11 can apply for a scholarship before the end of June in the preceding year. Successful students will receive a fee reduction on the Tuition Fee component only. Scholarships are reviewed on an annual basis.

Non-curriculum based camps

Students from families in arrears of College fees and/or receiving financial assistance through a Bursary, are ineligible to attend optional College camps (ie. Snow trip, Overseas trip etc.).

Payment Options available

The College offers various payment options which include annual in advance (3% discount), term in advance (1.5% discount) or weekly/fortnightly/monthly Direct Debit instalments (no additional fees payable for this option).

Cancellations

It is a condition of enrolment that one term’s written notice be given in the event of leaving the College. If a new enrolment is confirmed and then cancelled, notification must be given in the term prior to the proposed commencement date. If these conditions are not met, one standard term’s tuition fee will apply.
