Our mission is to make a college preparatory education financially accessible to a diverse group of young men with academic ability and good character.

Our mission is to make a college preparatory education financially accessible to a diverse group of boys with academic ability and good character. The full cost to Church Farm School to provide this opportunity while ensuring small classes, superior faculty, personalized attention and comprehensive programs is substantial, ranging from $55,000 for boarding and $30,000 for day students.

We are firmly committed to making Church Farm School affordable for the family of each student we admit. Thanks to the blessing of a strong endowment, which is among the largest-per-student for independent schools nationally, and a loyal group of generous donors, more than 95% of Church Farm School’s costs are covered outside of tuition revenue. Our maximum tuition charged to a family is uncommonly affordable because a portion of tuition for every student attending Church Farm School is being subsidized by the school’s endowment and donors. Our sliding scale tuition has an upper limit of $43,000 for boarding students and $22,100 for day students, and every family is charged tuition based on their ability to pay. All families MUST apply for financial aid through SSS if they want to be considered for further reduction in cost.

In recent years, 90% of our students have received financial aid. We award financial aid to a wide range of incomes, including some middle and upper income families. We consider your family's household income and expenses when calculating awards. Even if you're not sure you would qualify for financial aid, we encourage you to apply.

Applying for financial aid has absolutely no effect on a student’s application for admission. Admission decisions are based on a student’s qualifications and the likelihood that he will contribute to the life of the school. An applicant is first accepted for enrollment and then the family’s application for financial aid is considered.

Church Farm School’s financial aid program is open to students of any race, color, religion, nationality or ethnic origin. Parents' Financial Statements are due at Church Farm by January 15, and complete financial aid applications are due by February 15. Please let us know if you have any questions. Tuition costs are inclusive of fees, books, room and board (for boarding students), meals and the provision of a laptop computer. Incidental costs may include trip fees, music lessons, laptop insurance and weekly allowance. A health insurance plan is available for separate purchase for international students.
