Investing in Education

Subiaco Academy is an investment in your son’s future. Each year, 100% of our graduates receive higher education admissions offers. In last year, our graduates were awarded more than $3,500,000 in merit-based scholarship dollars and entered universities in 12 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada.

Tuition for private school can be hefty, but Subiaco Academy tuition may be more manageable than you think. Our Benedictine foundation ensures that we practice efficient stewardship of our resources. The cost of educating a student at Subiaco Academy is higher than the tuition we charge. Our monks and lay staff work hard to leverage donations and tuition assistance dollars to assist families with financial need. In current year, Subiaco Academy will award families more than $1,000,000 in need-based tuition assistance.

Financial Aid

We use FACTS to determine financial need and process billing and payment. We define financial need as the gap between the cost of tuition and a family’s ability to pay. We consider income, assets, liabilities, and the number of children in tuition-charging schools when determining need. As part of the online enrollment process, you will choose the number of payments, payment dates, and if you would like to set up a bank draft or use a credit card for payment. Please note that the fees associated with payment by credit card (2.75%) are passed along to families choosing that method.

*Tuition Assistance is not available for international students. International students may be required to take ESL classes as determined by English proficiency testing. ESL courses are charged at $2,000.

Additional Financial Information

• Upon completion of the enrollment contract, a deposit of $350 for all students will be due. This non-refundable payment is credited to the student’s account.
• An early enrollment discount of $400 for residential students and $150 for day students is available if the enrollment contract and deposit are submitted by April 3.
• An additional discount is available for families choosing to pay the full tuition due by July 1. The discount is $1,000 for residential students and $300 for day students.
