Fees Due / Holding Places
All fees are due on the 1st of every month. Fees will only be calculated on a pro rata basis when a child registers to start later than the 1st of the month.
A place at the nursery will only be held if the fees have been paid in full. Please note that there is no refund on fees if you leave the country or choose to take your child out of the nursery. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Sick Days and Family Holidays
There will be no adjustments made to the fees if your child cannot attend nursery due to illness or family holidays.
Child’s Withdrawal
No refund will be given if you decide to leave before the Term ends. If you are paying on a monthly basis you must give one months notice in writing, in the absence of such notice, one month’s fees shall be payable.
Nursery Closures
There will be no reduction in fees when the nursery is closed for scheduled holiday or unexpected closures. During the months of July and August the nursery will implement a Summer Camp fee structure.
