Fees Regulations

• The Application Fee of QR 500 is a one-off fee payable when you apply to AIA. This fee is non-refundable
• Registration Fee of QR 2000 is a one-off fee payable at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable
• The seat booking fee of QR 2000 is due within the second semester
• AIA is eligible to offer a seat to another student in case the student doesn’t show up at the beginning of the semester, and the tuition fees are not paid by the deadline mentioned in the table
• The due dates must pay tuition fees every semester, or it can be paid annually
• If a student joins AIA during the first half of a semester. application, enrollment, and books fees, in addition to full tuition fees, will be due. If the student joins during the second half of a semester, application, enrollment, and books fees, in addition to 50% of the semester’s tuition fees, will be due.
• A written one-month notice is required for withdrawal of a student.
• All academic books will be sold at the school store
• Participation in educational trips organized by the school is considered important to the child's learning. Parents will be asked to cover the cost of these trips (including transportation, entrance fees, etc.)
• All tuition and additional fees are subject to change annually based on approval from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education
