The AIS Vienna General Assembly determines the fees payable for each student attending the school for each school year. The currently applicable amounts of the school fees for the current school year are:

The non-refundable Application Fee must be paid to initiate the processing of completed admissions applications. This fee also covers the administration of admissions testing/screening and application review, leading to an admissions decision. This fee is valid for two years. |

Reservation Fee - New & Returning Students |

The non-refundable deposit for new and returning students must be paid upon (re-)enrollment to secure the student's place at AIS Vienna. Without timely payment, the family may forfeit the student's (re-)enrollment at AIS Vienna. This fee is credited to the total annual tuition fee amount. |

Option 1 – Payment In Full
Tuition and fees are due and payable on August 31,.
Option 2 – Installments
Installment payments are applicable for tuition fees only; the capital assessment fee has to be paid by August 31, at the latest.
Payers wishing to pay in 3 installments must sign a payment agreement and pay an additional €970 financing charge (€630 for Pre-Kindergarten). The amount of each installment and the date when each of the installments is due and payable are stated in the schedule of tuition fees.
If an installment is not paid on the respective due date, the installment payment agreement is nullified (breach of contract) without further notice and disqualifies non-payers from future installment arrangements. In such cases, the total outstanding amount has to be paid immediately.
Installment payments may be granted upon written request to the AIS Business Office. Requests for installment payments must be submitted by August 24, at the latest. No installment payments may be granted after the deadline.
For students leaving AIS before completion of the full school year, one-quarter of the tuition will be refunded for those students leaving before the end of Quarter 2 (for installment arrangements - the third installment need not be paid); students leaving after the end of Quarter 2 will not receive any refund (for installment arrangements – all 3 installments have to be paid).
The Application Fee, the Reservation Fee, the Enrollment Fee, and the Capital Assessment Fee are all non-refundable. Refunds will be made after the withdrawal of the student within 30 business days.
For students entering during the school year, tuition is charged for the full quarter in which the student is admitted, in addition to any remaining quarters, with the following exceptions: Students who enter between January 1 and the end of Quarter 2 or between May 1 and the end of Quarter 4 will be charged tuition on a daily pro-rata basis for the remaining days of the quarter of enrollment in addition to the full quarter fees for any additional remaining quarters.
Payments must be made in € (EURO). Any bank handling charges are to be borne in full by the remitter.
In the event of late payment of any amounts due to AIS for more than two (2) weeks, arrears interest at the rate of 1% (one percent) per month calculated from the day following the due date until the date when the outstanding amount has been credited to the AIS bank account.
If a late payment continues for more than one (1) month, the AIS Director may, at his/her discretion, terminate the schooling contract and disenroll the student by way of a notice in writing to the parent/guardian. In all other respects, the provisions regarding “Early Departures” apply correspondingly. Legal costs incurred by AIS in the recovery of outstanding fees will be borne by the parent/guardian.
Parents/guardians may inform AIS that a specific third party will pay the school fees on their behalf. It is, however, the responsibility of the parents/guardians to assure that the third-party payments are made according to the school’s payment terms, and parents/guardians are liable for any outstanding balances of school fees including charges for late payments.
Activities and elective classes may require additional fees.
