- The full of the tuition is due before August 15th
- Application fees are non-refundable and due at time of the admission of the application
- Are included in the tuition :
- A hot lunch prepared on campus and served each day of the week in our school restaurant
- The annual integration camp
- The planned cultural visits
- School books and notebooks
- Are not included in the tuition :
- The basic school supplies
- Sport uniforms and school uniforms.
- Our optional bus system.
- Our optional extra-curricular activities, after school care, music club, etc.
- Special needs such as speech and other therapies, extra-classes, assistance, etc.
If need be, these will be billed separately.

- When possible the school accepts inscription and departures during the year.
- In case of withdrawal a written notice (email is acceptable) should be send to the management, through the secretariat. For withdrawal at the end of the school year, notice should be sent before June 1st
- Our school offers a sibling reduction: 10% each with two siblings subscribed, 15% each with three or more.
- Please contact the school administrative office for more information about reduced school fees, having various siblings enrolled in the school, or needing to pay in a different set of installments
- Parents are responsible for payment of the total sums due, regardless of any subsidies provided by their employer
- The school fees are indexed and updated every year following the cost of living in Belgium. They will not be indexed for the current school year due the extraordinary situation we just went through
- EEBA is an non for profit all the tuition fees go to cover teaching and running costs.
