Payment Of Fees

Regardless of the payment option, all fees must be settled before the student begins class. The tuition fee can be paid only annually or by semester. No pro-rata payment of fees exists, and if a student attends school for just one day, the full semester’s tuition fee will be applied. In order to trace payments made directly into our bank account, we ask that you reference your payment with the Admin Number as recorded on the accounts statement and email a copy of the remittance advice to Mrs. Tracy Ferreira at tferreira@aisct.org. If payment is made by wire transfer, please ensure that the correct option is selected (OUR), as all bank charges will be the responsibility of the payer. No records, transcripts, or diplomas will be issued by AISCT until all accounts have been settled.

Refund Policy

Prior to the withdrawal of any student from AISCT, the parent/guardian/payer of the student fees will submit in writing a full one term’s advance notice or pay for the term in lieu of notice. A full one term’s advance notice is required for any subsequent tuition refunds. No refund or partial refund will be made for any term during which the student is in attendance. For example, a withdrawal notice given on the final day of Term 1 would result in Terms 3 and 4 tuition fee being refunded. Withdrawal notice given at any point during Term 2 would result in only Term 4 tuition fee being refunded. Families giving withdrawal notice at any point in Terms 3 or 4 will not be eligible for a tuition refund. Refunds, if any, are processed at the end of the school year in June and only when all school books and materials are returned. Refunds will be transferred only to the bank account from which the original payment was made (no third party refunds). School fees are not transferable.

Methods Of Payment

• School fees may be paid by bank transfer (in ZAR or USD).
• School fees may be paid with a credit/debit card.
• Although not the preferred option, fees may be paid in ZAR cash. We cannot accept USD cash payments
