Appleby College bundles its fees. Included items that are covered by tuition costs and those deemed as extras (meaning that fees for these items are separate from tuition) are outlined below.

Fee Schedule appears below. Appleby College offers three payment plans for the payment of the fees: Annual, Quarterly and Monthly. All fees are listed in Canadian dollars. As outlined in the chart below:

International Boarders Type A are international students who are not Canadian citizens, regardless of residency
Canadian Boarders Type B are students who are Canadian citizens, regardless of residency
Senior Two Boarders Type C are all students, regardless of citizenship, who were Day students in Senior One Select or confirm your preferred payment option on the online Registration Agreement.
If a plan is not selected, the student will be enrolled under the Annual Plan, with full payment due by April 1.
International Students - families must select the Annual Plan and pay all fees by April 1.
As well, there is a requirement to provide credit card details to the business office for automated monthly payment of miscellaneous charges to student accounts. Alternatively, please submit $2,500.00 with the tuition fees to pay for miscellaneous charges incurred throughout the year.
The one-time enrolment fee of $6,500.00 is in addition to the tuition fees below.

Tuition payment can be made by online banking, cheque, PayMyTuition by MTFX, Alipay or wire transfer. Tuition fees can not be paid by credit card.

Annual Plan

Full payment is due by cheque, online banking, PayMyTuition by MTFX, Alipay or wire transfer.
For payment by cheque please submit a cheque postdated for April 1, for the full tuition amount by
February 18. Please include student’s name in the memo section of cheque.
For payment by online banking, wire transfer, PayMyTuition by MTFX or Alipay please submit on or before April 1.
Tuition Refund Insurance is optional in the Annual Plan. Please consider purchasing tuition refund insurance and review our tuition and withdrawal policies before making your final decision.

Quarterly and Monthly Plans

Tuition Refund Insurance is included in the fees.
If you wish to have the tuition payments automatically withdrawn from your Canadian bank account, please submit a void cheque to Appleby's Business Office either by mail (540 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, Ontario L6K 3P1); by e-mail: studentaccounts@appleby.on.ca; or in person.

Additional charges for College Shop purchases, course materials, athletics, music, tutoring and other miscellaneous extra charges will need to be paid for as incurred on a monthly basis.

Payment is due upon receipt of the student account statement.
All miscellaneous charges are in addition to the tuition fees and can be paid via online banking, cheque, cash, credit card, or debit card.
Credit card details can be provided to the Business Office for automated processing of all additional charge
