Boadding Fees (Payable to Middlecourt House)

• Hostel fees to be paid in advance on/before below specified dates;
• Leaners may only reside in hostel if school fees and hostel fees are kept up to date;
• Should the payment terms not be met, you will be contacted to collect your child from hostel;
• Your child will not be able to return until such time that the termly fees are paid up in full;
• NOTICE PERIOD : full term's notice to be provided for the withdrawal of your child/ren. If not provided, you will be held liable for a term's hostel fees.
• R500 non-refundable deposit required (for NEW learners only).

Debentures (Payable to Middlecourt Trust on ACCEPTANCE)

• Terms and Conditions:
• Debentures are to be paid before acceptance of child;
• Debentures to be paid into Middlecourt Trust bank account only;
• Please do not use this bank account for any other school related payments;
• Written notice to be given to finance office upon your child leaving;
• Written request to be given to finance office for refund of the debenture;
• The debenture is only refundable on the following conditions:-
  • School fees are paid in full / up to date and no other fees are outstanding;
  • You request the debenture refund within one year of your child leaving the school;
• Debentures are paid out in March of the following year after your child/ren leave Lilyfontein School.
• Debentures may also be donated to the trust for the future development of the school;
