Payment options

• A single annual payment.
• Debit Order – 1st Feb to 1st Nov . This is the 10 month option. (This is the preferable method. Forms are available from the Finance Office)
• Debit Order only – 1st February – 1st December. This is the 11 month option.
• Bank deposit, stop order or Electronic Transfer by the 7 th of each month.

Conditions of payment

It should be noted that the parents are ultimately responsible for the school fees even if a third party is indicated on the application/acceptance form to be responsible for the payment of fees. If payment is not received as elected in the agreement or any single instalment by the due date, the Finance Committee of St Benedict School has the right to instruct the School Principal and/or Financial Controller in its discretion to request that the learner be temporarily withdrawn from attending classes at school until the fees are brought up to date. Furthermore, he/she will not be allowed to go on any excursions during this time until the fees are settled in full. If you withdraw your child from the school, one term notice is applicable. Failing this, you are liable for one terms fees.
