Admission Assessment Fee

Entering Grade 2 to Grade 8

Payment will be made at the time of child's admissions assessment by Visa or MasterCard.

Application Fee

Per child: $275 CAD

Per family: $400 CAD

NOTE: There will be no refund of the application fee.

Tuition for Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8

$12,540 CAD *

Our tuition fee is a comprehensive standard tuition fee that includes our enriched educational program, as well as books and student activities - all value-added elements for our families. Our tuition fee includes:

• Agenda
• Books
• Piano
• Music Theory & Performance Materials (JK to Grade 5)
• Concert Band Theory & Performance Materials (Grade 6 to 8)
• Laptop Usage (Grade 6 to 8)
• Swimming (Grade 1 to 5)
• Skating (JK to Grade 8)
• Class/Field Trips1
• Casual Days
• Athletic Tournaments and Travel
• Co-curricular Activities and Travel

Note: Overnight trips are not included in the tuition fee. Information concerning overnight trips will be provided by the teacher prior to the date of the event. Payment due dates will be outlined on these forms.

* For families with more than 1 child attending MCA, we offer a discounted rate for each subsequent sibling:

10% discount for second sibling in the family : $11,286 (a discount of $1,254 dollars)

15% discount for every sibling after the second sibling : $10,659 (a discount of $1,881 dollars)

OPTION 1

1 Payment of $12,289 CAD (2% discount)

Payment cheque, money order or wire transfer dated July 1st (or current date if registration is after July 1).

OPTION 2

2 Payments of $6,207 CAD (1% discount)

First payment cheque, money order, or wire transfer to be dated July 1st (or current date if registration is after July 1) and second payment dated December 31st.

OPTION 3

10 Payments of $1,254 CAD

Payments are accepted by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)/PAD (Pre-authorized Debit) only. The EFT/PAD authorization form & void cheque or pre-authorized bank form are due at the time of registration. The first payment(s) is non-refundable and is due the day of registration.

OPTION 4

12 Payments of $1,045 CAD

Payments are accepted by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)/PAD (Pre-authorized Debit) only. The EFT/PAD authorization form & void cheque or pre-authorized bank form are due at the time of registration. The first payment(s) is non-refundable and is due the day of registration.

These rates are based on children from the same immediate family.

After Hour Charges

If your child is not picked up by the 6:00 p.m. closing there will be extra fee(s) charged:

• 6:01 - 6:15PM - $20
• 6:16 - 6:30PM - $30
• 6:31 - 6:45PM - $40
• 6:46 - 7:00PM - $50

At 7:01p.m., the After Hours Charge will be $15.00 for every 15 minute intervals; $65.00, $80.00 and so on.

These charges will be added to each child’s account in your family and is to be paid the following morning by cash, cheque, debit, Visa or MasterCard in the main office.
