If you receive your salary on the 15th of month - payment must be made for the monti (a month in advance). E.g. if you are getting paid on the 15" of December you have to pay your school fees on the same date for your January fees. On 15th of January. you pay your school fees for February etc. if you receive your salary between the 25"' and 3CP of every month. ym.r payrnent must be made for mmth (monthly in advance). E.g. if you are getting paid between the and 30' Dec you have to pay your school fees the same date for your January school fees etc.
Discount will also be given to parents with more than one child in the same family. The first child pays the full amount and for all the other children will be deducted on their monthly fees. This only applies if the full amount is paid before the 3'd of the month. This not include the creche and grade R learners. They get and lunch as part of the school fees. Our account departrnent will assist you to calculate discount,
Exam admission cards will be issued before all exams. These cards will only be issued to learns whose fees have been paid up-to-date. Without an exam admission card no learner will be allowed in the exam venue.
The above school fees include all the textbooks, workbooks and affiliation fees of SACSSA and ACS'.
Should an account be outstanding after the of the month when payment was due. The child will be refused admission to classes until the amount is fully paid. including any penalties and interest. and without any prejudice to the school's legal rights or recourse to collect monies due. 10% of penalties will be charged on all outstanding monies. Kindly note that if the child is sent to school disregarding this rule, he/she must remain outside the class.
