As a rule, fees are billed each term and are payable, in advance. Some families pay on invoice, while many set up direct debit or automatic payment plans, to spread payments across 10 months of the school year. Any additional charges for extra, optional activity fees, are invoiced termly. Such additional fees are kept to a minimum, and are typically only for additional options selected where costs beyond the regular curriculum opportunities are involved. They include an annual school camp (Years 4 – 8), the costs associated with participation in school sports teams or an Elective where outside tutors are engaged (e.g. Chess Club, lunch-time dancing lessons, lunch-time Language Club). All fees listed are inclusive of GST.
Fees are reviewed annually by the Board, and parents are notified accordingly. Each term’s fees are payable within the first two weeks of the commencement of each term. The preferred method of payment is by online automatic payment. All amounts are inclusive of GST.
Enrolment Fee
Bond
A bond is payable upon confirmation of acceptance. This is refundable when your child leaves the School, less any fees or other amounts outstanding. The bond is based on the number of children in the same family at the School at any one time.
Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date will incur penalty fees of 10% on the outstanding amount. The Trust Board’s policy allows for the exclusion of students from the School if fees remain unpaid at the end of the term. Any unpaid fees, where a satisfactory arrangement for payment has not been met, will be referred to a debt collection agency. Any collection costs or fees will be added to the debt and will be payable by the debtor.
