Edge School

Tuition and fees cover the exceptional student-athlete experiences, integrated teaching and coaching, and resources not covered by government grants and philanthropy. These unique aspects of an Edge School education ensure that we fulfill our mission to build a culture of personal excellence in academics, athletics, and character.

* Please note that the following additional fees may be incurred:

• Dance, Golf and Soccer programs offer travel opportunities within North America during the year for showcases and workshops. The cost for these optional trips can range from $800 to $5,000 per trip.
• Hockey Team program fees range from $12,500 to $16,500 per year.
• Travel studies opportunities.

Referral Incentive

Existing Edge families are eligible to receive a $500 credit for each new family you refer to Edge School. This amount, up to a maximum of $10,000, can be applied to your tuition fees. Credits will be issued once incoming enrollments have been confirmed in the fall.

Sibling Discount

Families with more than one child attending Edge School are eligible for a sibling discount of 10% for the second oldest child, and 15% each for the third oldest and additional children. Families receiving financial assistance through Edge Opportunity Awards are not eligible for this discount.

Early Bird Discount

If school fees are paid in full by March 3, there will be an early bird credit of $750 applied to your school fees total.

Student Awards

We recognize that an independent school education requires a significant financial commitment. Edge School has a Student Awards Program to acknowledge and assist qualified students through both need-based (Opportunity Awards) and merit-based awards (Achievement Awards). Please note that for new students, families must successfully complete the admissions process and been given an offer of enrollment prior to a student being considered for an Opportunity Award or Achievement Award. Applications

At the time of application, there is a non-refundable assessment fee as well as a deposit due. The deposit amount is applied to your tuition fees upon acceptance. This deposit will be refunded only if your child is not accepted to the Edge School or if you withdraw your application prior to acceptance.

• Deposit due at time of application (applied to total fees upon acceptance) $750

Financial Assistance

Our need-based Edge Student Financial Assistance Program is available for those families requiring some assistance with their tuition fees. This is not a scholarship program; the awards are based strictly on the financial circumstances of the family. Applications for new families will be accepted

Enrollment Initiatives

We have these enrollment initiatives to assist in having increasing enrollment at Edge School.

Sibling Discount – Tuition fees for Alberta resident families with more than one child at Edge School will be as follows:

• 10% discount off tuition fees for the 2nd child
• 15% discount off tuition fees for the 3rd and additional children.
