St. Clement's Early Learning School

Since its inception, St. Clement’s Early Learning School has worked hard to keep fees low. Our goal is to create an opportunity for as many children as possible to benefit from our enriched programs and nurturing atmosphere.

The operation of St. Clement’s Early Learning School is entirely dependent upon the timely collection of fees. Though we strive to keep these charges as low as possible, it must be recognized that we wish to attract and maintain the highest caliber of teachers; educators who are strongly committed to implementing our unique and enriched curriculum.

To make it easier for our families to budget, tuition fees are collected in four installments. Once paid, each installment is non-refundable/non-transferable under any circumstance. We accept cash, cheque (payable to SCELS or St. Clement’s Early Learning School) and debit payments.

Upon acceptance, spaces in the school are guaranteed for each registered student for the full school year. If a student leaves at any time between their acceptance into one of our programs and the end of the current school year, full tuitions fees remain due and payable. On occasion, the Principal/Director may have reason to ask a family to withdraw their child from St. Clement’s Early Learning School. Appropriate notice will be given at the discretion of the Principal/Director. In these rare cases, a partial rebate of the tuition fee may be granted.

• Various sundry billing for excursions and special activities will be sent home from time to time throughout the school year.
• A fee of $20.00 will be levied on NSF cheques.
• Interest on late payments is 1.5% per month (18% per annum)
