As private schools in Manitoba receive only partial government funding, private schools charge tuition for students who attend.
- Families who choose to pay tuition in full prior to June 10, will receive a 3% discount off gross tuition.
- Families who choose to pay tuition in monthly installments may do so August through May by electronic funds transfer (EFT), either monthly or semi-monthly. A void cheque is required to secure this, as part of the registration process.
- A non-refundable School Improvement fee is required annually at the time of registration.
- First month’s tuition payment is non-refundable.
- Students registering between September 1 and January 31 will be billed the full annual tuition amount. Students registering between February 1 and June 30 will be billed one half of the annual tuition amount.
- Families in arrears will be contacted by the school finance office. Failure to communicate with or respond to this office may result in the file being passed to an external collections agency.
- Families in arrears will be unable to re-register for the following school year.
- A charitable donation receipt for tax purposes will be issued on an annual basis for the portion of tuition paid that pertains to religious instruction. The amount of this receipt varies from year to year and is calculated in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency requirements.
