We recognize that a Scattergood Friends School education is a major investment and we are determined to make our school affordable for all qualified applicants. Therefore, we offer a sliding-scale tuition model. Families who wish to apply for this tuition assistance should complete the School and Student Service (SSS) application online.

Tuition assistance applications are processed by SSS, a third party financial analysis service. SSS will recommend to Scattergood what a family should be able to contribute toward tuition and thus where they fall on the sliding scale model. The amount of tuition assistance will be determined by the SSS analysis, the number of available spaces and fund availability.

International Student Fee:

International students will incur fees in excess of those listed above; we are still in the process of determining the amount for the next school year.

How to apply for Sliding Scale Tuition

Apply for sliding scale tuition through SSS, an independent financial evaluator. Scattergood's school code is 7174. There is a $51 application fee and the processing time is about 10-12 business days. You will be notified of your tuition amount when you receive your offer of admission from Scattergood.
