Stuartholme School

Stuartholme has an all-inclusive fee policy. The fee covers the cost of tuition, textbooks, technology licenses and software, year level camps and retreats, compulsory in-class excursions, alumnae membership, P&F levy, and a number of miscellaneous expenses such as class photo packs.

The tuition fee does not include stationery, laptop, specialised equipment/materials, optional co-curricular sports and activities, co-curricular camps and tours, international and domestic exchange programs or overseas tours, all of which are parent’s responsibility and therefore paid for separately.

Please note: Year level camps are a part of the school curriculum and if a student does not attend for whatever reason, there is no reduction in the Tuition Fee.

Stuartholme School adopts a bring your own device program.

Fees are subject to an annual increase in accordance with the School Board’s budget. Fees and the curricular items they include are assessed and confirmed in the December preceding the following year. Parents are notified each year in writing.

Payments

Parents are reminded of the various options available for paying school fees including direct debit, direct deposit, online payment and BPAY.

^A 2.5% discount is offered for paying fees annually upfront by 13 December. If you would like to participate in the annual upfront discount, please contact our Finance Department by Friday 15 November.

Stuartholme will continue to offer a sibling discount of 10% for the second child and 25% for the third and subsequent children on tuition fees.
