Application Fee

A non‐refundable application fee of $110 (including GST) is to be paid with the application form for each enrolment at St Brigid’s College.

Acceptance Fee

A non‐refundable acceptance fee of $500 is payable on acceptance of the first child of a family at St Brigid’s College.

Re‐Enrolment Fee

A non‐refundable re‐enrolment fee of $300.00 for day school and $500.00 for boarding is payable by current families to confirm a student’s place at the College for the following year.

This fee is payable in August annually and is offset against school fees for the following year.

Account Payment Options

St Brigid’s College offers families two options for paying their school fees.

Option One: One Annual Fee Payment (Discounted tuition fees and boarding fees)

One payment due on or before Friday 7 February.

Option Two: Direct Debit ‐ Instalment Payment Plan or Bpay

Ten equal payments payable monthly, February to November inclusive.

On request and with approval from the Manager Finance, direct debits can be amended to weekly or fortnightly to suit your situation.

Please refer to your Tax Invoice for BPay payment references.

If you intend paying your College fees by a method other than one of the two options offered by the College, you will need to inform and seek approval from the Manager Finance outlining your payment plan and confirming that your account will be settled in full by 6 November.

Fees

The College Board reserves the right to alter Fees and Charges, as circumstances require. All details are correct at time of publication.

Application for Admission Fee

A non‐refundable admission fee payable on submission of each completed application form to the College. Please refer to the schedule of Fees and Charges.

Acceptance Fee

A non‐refundable acceptance Fee is payable when an offer is made and secures a place at the College for the academic year offered.

Both the application fee and acceptance fee are not tax deductible.

Tuition Fee Sibling Concessions

A reduction in Tuition and Boarding fees applies for students attending St Brigid’s College where a brother or sister attends. The following rebates will be reflected in accounts and apply from 4‐year‐old Kindergarten to Year 12.

Joint and Several Liability

By signing the Offer and Acceptance form, parents have agreed to be jointly and severally liable for all fees and other payments. Any request to vary this agreement must be made in writing and will be at the College’s discretion.

Damage to or loss of school property

Students are responsible for the care and timely return of all College property. Students and/or their parents will be held liable for damage to or loss of College property. Immediate payment of the assessed cost will be required.

Payment of accounts

Parents experiencing difficulties in paying their account should contact the Manager Finance to discuss alternative payment arrangements BEFORE the due date for payment.

Students are not eligible to attend school tours where fees are overdue.

Unpaid accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency and any associated costs will be added to the account.
