Registration in FACTS: A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is due upon registration into FACTS. The $300 nonrefundable deposit will be applied to the student account as an advanced payment. Payment plan arrangements will be established upon completion of this process in FACTS. In the event the student does not attend IWHS, the $300 deposit will not be refunded and will be forfeited. Students are unable to register if account is delinquent.

Immigration regulations require students entering on an F-1 student visa to give proof of their financial resources to cover their educational and living expenses while studying in the United States. Incarnate Word requires international students to pay all tuition and fees, including the insurance fee, at the beginning of the academic year or semester.
The following chart indicates the amount, based on residence, for which you must provide evidence to be issued a Certificate of Eligibility (also known as the I-20 form for F-1 students).

All new applicants must pay the one-time $100 application fee. Applicants who submit their application after the December 6th deadline (for Spring start) or the July 24 (for Fall start) may also be assessed a $150 late fee. Funds may come from any dependable source, to include: personal funds, immediate family, scholarships, fellowships, or sponsoring agencies. You will need to submit a bank statement, in English, showing evidence of adequate funds. In addition you will need to submit the Incarnate Word Financial Declaration form below, using the monetary amounts shown in the table above.
Room and Board must be paid in full prior to the first day ofclass in Ausust.
All domestic boarding students are required to participate in the student accident and sickness insurance plan unless the insurance waiver is submitted electronically. All domestic health lnsurance waivers must be comoleted online. Please print out receipt for your records. A/J international students must participate in the student accident and sickness insurance planl waivers are not applicable for international stadents.
