Family Tuition

• Health Care / Pension Card - A tuition fee discount is available for families who hold a current and eligible Health Care / Pension Card;
• No further discount applies to the Prep and Primary Tuition Fee, which is a family based tuition fee For enquiries please contact the College office.

Payment Methods

Cash /Cheque payments can be made at either Campus Office with Credit Card I EFTPOS available at the Mt Carmel Campus Office. BPAY, Centrepay and Direct Debit facilities are also available. Payment can be made on a weekly I monthly I term I annual basis. A further discount of 4% is applicable when/if the total annual tuition/boarding fee is paid by the end of Week Three, Term One. Payment & Enrolment Cancellation

All fees are to be paid in advance each term (unless previous arrangements have been made). Families are requested to give one term's notice in writing when withdrawing a student from the College. Lack of notice will incur one half term's fees, as per College enrolment policy, but may be waived at the discretion of the Principal.

No child shall be excluded from an education at Columba Catholic College due to financial hardship. If necessary, families may apply for further assistance with fees. Such applications are strictly confidential and are applied at the Principal's discretion.
