Tuition boarding and transportation fees are based on a ten month school year term beginning in August and concluding in May.

Tuition

January 7- February 1: EARLY REGISTRATION PERIOD

• Registration Fee: $350 (per family; non-refundable nor transferable)
• Former students will keep current tuition rate*
• Guaranteed spot in class until May 1st of current year (book rental and curriculum fees are due)
• Discounted book rental and curriculum fee of $375 per student (non-refundable)
• FACTS account must be active for new year in order to qualify for early tuition
• All families must meet with an admissions counselor to complete the registration process

February 3- May 1: OPEN REGISTRATION PERIOD

• Registration Fee: $375 (per family; non-refundable nor transferable)
• Book and curriculum fee of $400 per student (non-refundable)
• Current and Next year tuition rate: $9,500 or all-inclusive rate of $12,000
• FACTS account must be active to hold a classroom spot
• Guaranteed spot in class until May 1st of current year(book rental fees are due)

May 1: BOOK RENTAL and CURRICULUM FEES DUE

• All book rental and curriculum fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be applied to the student’s active FACTS account
• Early registration book rental and curriculum fees of $375 due through FACTS account
• Open registration book rental and curriculum fees of $400 due through FACTS account
• Payment of book rental and curriculum fees guarantees spot in the class until first tuition payment is due
• Non-payment of book rental and curriculum fees places the student on the class waiting

May 2- August 1: LATE REGISTRATION PERIOD

• Registration Fee: $400 (per family; non-refundable nor transferable)
• Book rental and curriculum fee: $425 (per student; non-refundable nor transferable)
• Current Year tuition rate: $9,500 or all-inclusive rate of $12,000
• Registration, book rental and curriculum, and active FACTS account secures spot on class roster

August 1- Deadline to withdraw for full tuition refund (for payment plans or pay in full)

August 15- Deadline to withdraw for ½ tuition refund (for pay in full only) September 1- Deadline to withdraw for ¼ tuition refund (for pay in full only) (After September 1st, no refunds are available)

Tuition Payment Options:

Tuition for the current and next school is year is due IN FULL on Wednesday, July 1st of current year. Families may enroll in a monthly payment plan to fulfill the total balance due through FACTS. FACTS charges a $45 fee to utilize their 9- and 11- month payment plans. The fee is automatically debited to your account two weeks after your account is finalized.

• Register for FACTS and pay tuition in FULL by July 1st of current year and receive a 5% discount (cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion)
• Register for FACTS and pay in 9 equal payments
• Register for FACTS and pay in 11 equal payments (register before May 1st)

For accounting purposes, all payment plans must be paid through the FACTS portal. Cash and check payments will not be accepted for payment plans.
