Swanbourne House School and the Governors work hard to ensure our fees represent good value for money for the outstanding education on offer.

Registration
When completing the registration process, there are two payments required:

• Registration Fee: £150
• Deposit: £1,000

Year 3 - Year 8 Termly Fees

Day Fees

• Year 5 - Year 8: £7,290 per term (Includes Saturday Enrichment)
• Year 4: £6,156 per term
• Year 3: £5,724 per term

Boarding Fees

• Full Boarding (7 nights): £9,936 per term
• Weekly Boarding (5 nights): £9,288 per term
• Includes the Saturday Enrichment Programme for Years 5 to Year 8.

Flexi Boarding:

• Pre-booked Flexi per night excluding Friday: £48
• Pre-booked Flexi Friday: £55
• Pre-booked Flexi for 2 nights excluding Friday: £92
• Pre-booked Flexi for 2 nights including Friday: £100
• Pre-booked Flexi for 3 nights excluding Friday: £138
• Pre-booked Flexi for 3 nights including Friday: £148
• Occasional Flexi per night excluding Friday: £52

• Foundation - Year 2: £4,266 per term

Pre Reception
Morning Session

• 8.30am – 11.30am: £40.00 per day

Lunch

• 11.30am – 12.30pm (£9.00 per day including lunch)

Lunch Supervision

• 11.30am – 12.30pm (£6.50 per day no lunch provided as having home packed-lunch)

Afternoon session

• 12.30pm – 3.30pm (FFE – eligible from school term after 3rd birthday) 12.30pm – 3.30pm (£25 per day if not eligible for FFE)

Pre Reception at Swanbourne House is term time only. Minimum attendance is 7 sessions. To receive the full 15 funded hours, the minimum attendance is 5 afternoon sessions and 2 morning sessions

• Individual Lesson (30 mins): £30 per lesson
• Shared Lesson (30 mins): £21 per lesson
• Individual Lesson (per hour): £52 per lesson
• Shared Lesson (per hour): £38 per lesson
• Scribing: £37 per hour

Specialist Tuition

• Music Lessons (30 lessons per year): £300 per term
• Instrument Hire: £50 per term

LAMDA & Musical Theatre Lessons (30 lessons per year)

• Individual: £260 per term
• Two pupil lessons: £130 per term
• Three pupil lesson: £85 per term

Language Lessons

• Individual Lesson (30 mins) £30 per lesson
• Shared Lesson (two pupils) £21 per lesson
• Shared Lesson (three/four pupils) £15 per lesson

Counselling

• £32 per session

Activities
There are a wide range of evening and Saturday Enrichment activities that you can book your child on to. These are communicated via a termly brochure and bookings made via an online portal. Some activities will incur an additional cost.

Insurance
Optional insurances are offered. You can join or leave the schemes at any time by advising the School in writing. AXA PPP Child Health Insurance: £126 per term Fee Refund Scheme: 1.6% of termly fee

HM Forces

• 20% discount against core fees.

Siblings
For three or more children across the Stowe Group, 5% fee reduction is applied to all children from Reception to Year 8.

School Fee Plan

Direct Debit
Direct Debits can be set up to pay termly invoices over three months . Please contact pupilextras@swanbourne.org for more information.

Childcare Vouchers
Childcare vouchers may be used to pay for breakfast and Cabin Clubs, holiday courses (vouchers can only be used if the course is run by SHS and held on our premises) and some after school activities as well as boarding fees.
