Registration Fee

Once the child’s application is accepted, a SAR 3,000 registration fee should be paid to confirm the parents’ acceptance of the place.

The tuition fees are invoiced as two equal installments. 15% VAT is applied to the tuition fees for non-Saudis only.

School field trips are not included in the fees.

Note: The school does not provide transportation for students.

Terms And Conditions

All tuition fees will be billed in advance. They should be settled as per the fee schedule published by the School and must be paid before the due date.
The termly tuition fee is non-refundable. Reports and transfer certificates will not be released until all outstanding fees have been settled.
Learning Tree School’s school fees are reviewed annually and are subject to increase. The school will endeavor to give notice of any changes to the fees.

Students are not permitted to enter the school until payment has been made in accordance with the school’s payment policy.
The school has the right to request a student undergoes an assessment for Academic Intervention Program or Special Educational Needs before granting admission.
Parents must notify the Registrar at least Four weeks prior to the leaving date so that the leaving procedure can be completed smoothly in time.
