Term fees are payable in advance and due on September 20, December 20 and March 20. Annual fees are payable at the time of the first payment. If payment is not made by the due date, interest will be charged at the annual rate of 12% from the date when payment is first due.
Failure to meet payments on time may result in denial of admission to class. Parents will be responsible for all legal expenses incurred.
The registration of a new student becomes effective upon receipt of the non-refundable registration fee and of a deposit equal to a third of the annual tuition. The deposit is only refundable in the event of demonstrated “force majeure” notified by registered mail return receipt requested.
Term fees are due for the entire school year when the school year begins. If a student leaves during the school year, the reimbursable fees are the lunch fees for the following term(s), provided parents have notified the school in writing by registered mail at least one month prior to the beginning of the following term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the school may consider an exceptional partial tuition settlement with the family in demonstrated force majeure cases.
Families are financially responsible for any damage to school property or equipment caused by their children. Invoices concerning reimbursement for the costs of such damages are due within thirty days.
