Tuition Aid Programs
- Early bird discount of 7% from total school fees
- Full payment discount of Php 5,000 for annual payment of school fees
- Multiple Enrollments: Php 5,000 discount on tuition fee for one (1) younger sibling enrolling in another academic program.
- 3 or more siblings enrolled at BIS, 30% discount from the total school fees of the 3rd, 4th child enrolled at BIS.
- Partner Community incentive: Php 2,500 (one-time deduction)
Note 1: Applicants availing of the Early Bird Discount may secure a slot with a higher reservation fee to keep the discount valid until the date of the first settlement.
Note 2: Full Payment Discount is not applicable to students with prorated fees.
Slot Reservation Fees
- Php 40,000 for early registration (early bird)
- Php 15,000 regular reservation
Note1: Applicants availing of the Early Bird Discount may secure a slot with a higher reservation fee to keep the discount valid until the date of the first settlement.
Note2: The reservation fee is non-refundable but is deductible from the school fees.
Payment Terms
- It is understood that a student typically enrolls for the entire school year, and all fees for the entire year are due upon enrollment unless other arrangement are made upon enrollment and agreed to in writing by the parent and Headmaster.
- Fees will not be pro-rated for part of trimester, regardless of the number of days attended.
- Tuition is NON REFUNDABLE except in the following cases:
- The parents are transferred out of the region during the school year.
- The student suffers an illness that requires protracted confinement and leaves the Philippines to obtain medical assistance
- Reservation, Miscellaneous and Application Fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
- Applications for discount for returning students will be considered if there is proven evidence of financial need and must be agreed in writing between the Parent and Headmaster. However, under no circumstances will discounts be granted for Miscellaneous and Reservation Fees.
- Refund Policy: Tuition Fee ONLY, Miscellaneous Fee is NON REFUNDABLE
