Schedule of Fees

All fees will depend on the “tailor-made” program parents choose, and will be quoted and invoiced in Vietnamese Dong and payable in advance.

The schedule of fees are based on 182 annual school days (Terms & Conditions).

SmartKids graduates can consider the INSPIRED International schools (Australian International school and European International School) as partnerschools for Primary Grade 1 or Year 2. As a result, 50% of the acceptance fee will be waived. (this is an equivalent VND 32mil at AIS; VND 20mil at EIS). However, acceptance / offering placement is not guaranteed as all students require passing the document review and entry assessment, which is at the discretion of the Head of School/ Principal and dependent on availability of places.

“Kiddies” - Early Childhood Group (minimum 3 mornings): Age: 18 months – 3,5 years

“Big Kids” - Kindergarten Group (minimum 5 mornings): Age: 3,5 - 6 years

• All fees are invoiced in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and payable annually in advance.
• Payment per term (3) is possible with a surcharge of 15%, and payable 1 month before the start of the next term.
• After-school Activity programs (15.15-16.45) are available at 300,000 VND per afternoon. Booking per term or full year are possible.
• Additions to a program during the year will be based on “additional/other clusters” calculations, with a maximum of the annual fee of the last chosen program.
• A discount of 5% / 10% over the tuition fee is applicable for the 2nd / 3rd younger child enrolled in SmartKids.
• This schedule of fees applies from August. Fees are subject to change without prior notice dependent on currency exchange fluctuations.
• Late enrollments will be calculated pro rata of the annual fee.

TIP: When comparing fees between different schools, always check:

• On “hidden” add-on costs, such as uniforms, lunch costs, capital development fees.
• Fee structure for next years’ class. SmartKids has Vertical classes covering different ages, whereas all other school charge different fees per age. We try to include as many ancillary services into our tuition fees, wherever possible.
