School Fees Overview
The school fees at Akshara has been defined to ensure that we provide
- the best academic environment and faculty to our students (which is evident in our academic achievements)
- work class facilities for holistic development (sports, art, music and theatre)
The school academic session has two Terms and the school fees is payable in three installments in 1st week of April, June and October every year.
Payable on Admission
- A one-time, non-refundable Registration Fee of ₹1,000 must be paid with the registration form. The application process then begins but is not a guarantee of acceptance.
- A one-time, non-refundable Admission Fee is payable when a student is granted admission to the school. The Admission Fee is non-transferable.
- In addition a one-time refundable Caution Deposit is payable at the time of admission. This fee is refunded without interest at the time of leaving the School on production of no dues certificate and original receipt of the Caution Deposit.
- The school fees for the Term in which admission is being taken will be payable to confirm the admission and secure a seat.
Payment Process
- Parents are encouraged to pay the due fees digitally through the School IT system (parent portal) link.
- School bears the transaction charges for the fees if fees is paid through online banking option and if paid by credit/ debit card are to borne by the parent.
- Payment by cheque is accepted in the school office/ bank but acknowledged only after the cheque gets cleared.
- Fees receipts can be downloaded through the parent portal.
Refund Policy
- Parent needs to submit a refund application and the timeline for processing the same is 10 working days.
- Admission fees and School Charges are non-refundable.
- Duplicate payment will be refunded after adjusting transaction charges.
