Notes on Tuition Fees

Fees above are listed in RMB (Chinese Yuan). If remittance is made in foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate used is based on the middle rate published by the Bank of China at the time of payment. (http://www.boc.cn/sourcedb/whpj/ enindex.html)
If remittance is made in foreign currency, all bank charges shall be borne by remitter, and ensure the school fee will be received in full.
To obtain the early bird payment discount the full year fees must be paid in full by the due date stated on the invoice (6th June ). The early bird payment discount ceases to be effective once the student is withdrawn during the academic year.

Application Fee 2,500 CNY	This is a non-refundable fee required with every application submitted.
Security Deposit 16,000 CNY	Payable to secure a school place once the student has been accepted. The deposit is fully refundable when the student leaves the school without any interest on demand if all accounts have been settled in full, all school property returned without damage and required notice has been submitted. Please refer to Withdrawal & Refund Policy for details. Parents must ensure that written acknowledgement is received from the school following the notice of withdrawal.
School Uniform	All students are required to wear uniform and school PE kit to school. All uniform items can be purchased through the school uniform shop. Payment can only be made by cash or credit card at the time of purchase.
English as an Additional Language (EAL) Charge	A one-off EAL charge of 15,000 CNY will be applied to all students required to join the additional English support lessons. This is a one time payment only.
Bus Service	Arranged on request, and at the school’s discretion. Annual fees range from 13,000-16,200 CNY depending on the distance from school. Details on request.
