The table below contains a full list of The British School of Beijing, Sanlitun’s tuition fees. All costs are quoted in RMB. School fees can be paid annually or termly. If you choose to pay annually, the fees are payable on or before the first day of the academic year (or the student’s first day, if starting mid-term).

| Application Fee (2,500 CNY) | This is a non-refundable fee required with every application submitted. |
| Security Deposit (16,000 CNY) | Payable to secure a school place once the student has been accepted. The deposit is fully refundable when the student leaves the school without any interest on demand if all accounts have been settled in full, all school property returned without damage and required notice has been submitted. Please refer to Withdrawal & Refund Policy for details. Parents must ensure that written acknowledgement is received from the school following the notice of withdrawal. |
| School Uniform | All students are required to wear uniform and school PE kit to school. All uniform items can be purchased through the school uniform shop. |
| English as an Additional Language (EAL) Charge | A one-off EAL charge of 20,000 CNY will be applied to all students required to join the additional English support lessons (applicable only for Year 1 – Year 6). This is a one time payment only. |
| Bus Service | Arranged on request, and at the school’s discretion. Annual fees range from 17,000–21,200 CNY depending on the distance from school. Details on request. |
One-off fees
Application fee: RMB 2,500
A non-refundable feethat’s payable when you submit your application.
Security
deposit: RMB 16,000
A refundable fee that’s payable to secure your child’s place, once accepted. The deposit will be returnedto you when your child leaves the school, so long as all accounts have been settled in full, all school property has been returned without damage,and the required notice has been given.
School bus fee
Our optional school bus service is available upon request and at the school’s discretion. Annual fees range from 17,000-21,200 RMB depending on the distance between your home and our school.
School uniform
All our students wear a uniform, and items can be bought from the school’s uniform shop.You’ll also need to purchase our PE kit.
English as an Additional Language (EAL)
Parents of children who need to use our EAL service will be charged a one-off fee of 20,000 RMB(applicable for eligible children in Years 1-6).
Early bird discount
We offer an early bird discount to families who pay the full year’s fees in advance, by the due date stated on the invoice.
